We live several hundred miles from the nearest Smashburger restaurant. Fortunately, it's easy to make a tasty smashed burger at home, using our delicious nutrient-dense, grass-finished ground beef. Just form lightly seasoned ground beef into a ball and then smash it down with a heavy metal press onto a hot griddle. You'll be enjoying a delicious hamburger faster than a prairie fire with a tailwind.
We're not even sure we should call this a "recipe" because making stew is not a very specific thing. Use the amounts and types of beef cuts, liquids, fresh vegetables, and seasonings you prefer, and follow these "general guidelines" to a healthy meal-in-a-bowl that will warm you from head to toe.
