Our grassfed, grass-finished sirloin roast is lean and economical, and has amazing flavor. Just be sure not to overcook it.
Our suggestion: Season it on all sides, place it in a 450 degrees F oven fat-side up in a pan with a roasting rack. Cook for about 20 minutes, then lower the heat to 325 degrees F and continue to cook until the meat reaches about 140 degrees F. Don't forget to let the roast rest for at least 15 minutes before serving. You'll not only love it for dinner, you will appreciate the leftovers from this awesome roast for making fabulous sandwiches or soups.
