The organ meats provide a boost in B-vitamins, vitamins A, D, E, and K, and important minerals like iron, magnesium, selenium and zinc. Ancestral Blend can be cooked into anything you would normally make with ground beef, with very little difference in flavor from our regular ground beef. 85% lean, 15% fat.
When grilling burgers with our Ancestral Blend, please note that grassfed, grass-finished meat is pinker than traditional grain-fed beef (due to healthy myoglobins from the cattles' active lifestyle)! Be careful not to overcook.
