Idaho adventure cyclist Kate created the Handle Bar by mixing organic honey and cherries with grains, almonds, and dark chocolate. This bar is a uniquely delicious energy snack.
Kate made her own energy bars when she couldn't find ones that met her high standards for taste, texture, and nutrition. We applaud her commitment to making all-natural healthy snacks, and we're proud to include her gluten-free, organic energy bars in our camping food collection. One energy bar weighs 2.2 ounces and provides 260 calories.
