We've taken the fear out of reading a hot dog label. Our uncured 100% grassfed beef hot dogs are made from premium ground beef and have no added nitrates or nitrites. Because these hot dogs are not cured (i.e., no added preservatives), be sure to keep them refrigerated until just prior to grilling. The package of 4 hot dogs weighs 8 ounces and provides 150 calories per protein-packed serving.
